FAQs
Escape ArcadeĀ® is an acclaimed immersive experience from Enigma Quests. 30 doors are offered to Operatives to pick from, each hiding a 5-minute simulation challenge to take on. These challenges vary in nature, ranging from tests of dexterity, agility, lateral thinking, logic and much more. In Escape Arcade Ā®, you can never tell whatās next!
Each simulation has a detailed setting and is hooked up to an app-based scoring system that will track your performance throughout. Your overall results will be debriefed to you at the end of your hour, and the best results are proudly displayed on our live leaderboard.
The simulations in Escape ArcadeĀ® are easy to learn but difficult to master. It's up to you whether you sample the many varied challenges of the arcade or return to the same simulation to chase glory on the leaderboards.
Escape ArcadeĀ® is designed to be played in units of 1-4. We can host a maximum of 16 players every time slot, with time slots available every 15 minutes. Escape ArcadeĀ® can support 100s of players throughout the day, making it ideal for large corporate events or birthday parties
Yes! Weāve often been asked about solo play in our experiences, and have implemented it wherever possible in Escape ArcadeĀ®. We offer a promotional code in order to play Escape ArcadeĀ® solo, however this code is only valid Monday - Friday. If you would like to use this discount, please contact us!
Each simulation is linked to a unified scoring system. At the starting point of your experience, each unit is equipped with an RFID-enabled wristband. This will enable you to enter whichever simulation you choose. Across the hour, the scores you gather on each simulation will be recorded, and a total result will be counted at the end of your experience and will be discussed with you during your debrief. The best results will also be displayed on our live leaderboard at the venue.
Our results system allows units to compete with colleagues, friends and family throughout Escape ArcadeĀ®. And if you choose to return for a second session at Escape ArcadeĀ®, youāll be able to compare your new (and better) scores against your first time!
Yes! Absolutely! Our bar, Beyond the Web, is located on the ground floor of our venue and is perfect for a pre-experience tipple, or a post-experience debrief with your unit. You can enjoy our signature cocktails and mocktails, themed around some of our favourite Escape ArcadeĀ® simulations and our thrilling, narrative driven escape rooms.
Beyond the Web features immersive, themed alcoholic, non-alcoholic and soft drink choices for you to try, and our bar-keeps are excellent in providing bespoke suggestions. If youāre not sure what you want to try, just ask!

We also have a range of classic drinks available, including beers and wines. Our signature cocktails can all be ordered in low-alcohol versions, and we stock a selection of traditional low or no-alcohol drinks, alongside soft drinks.
Weekdays: 11am-9pm. The final time slot of the day is 8pm.
Weekends: 10am ā 9:30pm. The final time slot is 8:30pm.
All of our experiences are one hour long.
Groups of up to 16 can be booked through our website. We ask larger groups to contact us to organise a package deal.
Weāve hosted a huge number of corporate groups for Christmas, team building, parties, and more. Escape ArcadeĀ® is a great choice for your corporate group, as it encourages (healthy) competition, and teamwork. In fact, our live leaderboard is on display right next to Beyond the Web!
We have pre-designed Corporate Packages available specifically for corporate events. Look at our Corporate Package page for more information on the packages we offer! Please note, we require a minimum of 30 players to book onto this set of packages.
If these do not quite pique your interest, or if you have less than 30 players, we are able to offer bar tab and area reservation quotes to add onto your booking. Likewise, we are also able to offer an exclusive venue hire If youād like to arrange this, simply get in contact with us directly by emailing bookings@enigmaquests.london and weād be happy to provide you with a bespoke quote.
We require teams with children aged 11 and under to include an adult (aged 18+) member. Team are of four maximum, so larger groups of children will require multiple adult chaperones to play.
For players aged 12-15 we require an adult to be within the area while they play. We have an onsite bar, Beyond the Web, where you are welcome to wait, but we ask that you remain within 5 to 10 minutes of the venue.
Players 16 and over can play without an adult.

We are a wheelchair accessible venue, with a lift to the basement where our experiences are. Within the Escape Arcade many games are completely accessible for all players, however, some do have physical requirements. Speak to our team before you begin and they'll be able to give you a list of the rooms that are accessible. We can also let teams know which rooms utilise sound based clues. None of Escape ArcadeĀ®'s doors are locked. You can exit the room at any time; however, you may need to ask one of the players in your unit to open the door if you would like to re-enter a game that they are currently playing.
If you need to go outside for air at any point, thatās completely fine! Escape ArcadeĀ® is based downstairs. Youād simply need to go back upstairs to exit the building. Please be aware that your time will not be paused.
If you have any questions on the day, our hosts are available at all times to assist you.
Absolutely! However, please be aware that there are some simulations which are highly physical.
You can opt out of these simulations and choose to observe; however, please note that some games will require you to wait outside of the room as the floor itself is part of the game. We suggest speaking to a member of our team before you start about the best rooms for your team.
