And if this is your first time playing an escape room, donāt worry, our EQIC Handlers are available throughout to offer assistance and ensure every operative has a brilliant time.

Your experience
Our missions are designed for units of 2-5, though we can accommodate 6 on request. We ask operatives to arrive 15 minutes before their start time to allow for a full introduction from the EQIC Handler. Both our missions and the Escape ArcadeĀ® last for 60 minutes, with extra time for an introduction and debrief.
In our missions, youāll be accompanied over the radio by an EQIC Handler, whoāll be able to offer assistance if needed. Our goal is for all units to have a fantastic time regardless of their experience level.

FAQs
We donāt operate strict limits, but we would say that kids aged 9 and up can have a fantastic time, while younger children may struggle with the puzzles. Children must be accompanied by adults in our experiences. For children and teens aged 12-15, we ask for an adult to be at our site, but they can play unaccompanied (chaperones can wait in our bar, Beyond the Web). Players over 16 are welcome without an adult.
Our Escape Rooms are designed for units of 2-5. We can allow a 6th player on request, but we donāt recommend this. For a 6th player, book the room for 5 people and we can accept an additional payment on arrival (payment must be made by card as we are a cashless venue.
The Escape ArcadeĀ® is designed for units of 2-4. Due to the nature of the arcade, multiple teams can play together simultaneously, making it a great choice for birthday parties.
We aim to accommodate all players across our rooms. Our escape rooms and the Escape ArcadeĀ® can be accessed by elevator if needed. Our escape rooms themselves are partially accessible. Speak to a member of our team in advance to find out if we can accommodate you. Within the Escape ArcadeĀ® many games are fantastic for players with accessibility needs. Our team will be able to supply you with a list of the best games when you visit.
Our escape rooms contain noises and effects that some players may find overwhelming. Many of these can be disabled, so speak to a member of our team in advance and we'll strive to make adjustments for you.
