Our Missions
From worlds of magic to top security vaults, we send our operatives on thrilling adventures, giving them just 60 minutes to achieve their objectives and escape.
Your Experience
Our missions are designed for teams of 2-5, and are playable seven days a week, until late. Operatives must arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled time to allow for a full briefing. You’ll be accompanied by an EQIC Handler over the radio throughout, ensuring that all teams, regardless of experience, have a brilliant time.
And when you’re finished with your mission, you’ll be able to enjoy a cocktail or mocktail at our spacious bar, Beyond the Web! Our missions are ideal for friends, families, and colleagues. For larger corporate bookings, we can accommodate over 300 players a day within our amazing Escape Arcade®.
There is no EQIC
However, there is a covert interdimensional group operating life-or-death missions from an unassuming location in central London. We are EQIC, and we are dedicated to righting wrongs, solving the unsolvable, and keeping peace across the multiverse, and we’re on the lookout for new operatives.
When you undertake our missions (Code-named escape rooms), your team of operatives will be transported into a dangerous new world, with only 60 minutes to complete your objectives and exfiltrate.

FAQS
Our Escape Rooms work great for teams of 2-5. We can allow a 6th player to join, on request. In these cases, you'll need to book under 5 players online, and pay for the 6th player by card upon arrival. We don't recommend this as it can make playing the room more confusing.
We don't have an official minimum age but escape rooms are typically not enjoyable for children under the age of 9, due to the complexity of the puzzles and story.
For players 11 and under an adult must be in the team with them. This will be charged and included within the team size.
For players aged 12-15 we require an adult to be at the venue with them, but they can play the escape room without you present. We have a bar onsite where you can wait through the game.
Teenagers 16 and over can play without an adult.

Our escape rooms last for 60 minutes, but teams must arrive 15 minutes before their slot to allow for a full introduction. There will be a short debrief with your EQIC Handler when you have finished.

Our missions are live events, so we cannot offer refunds.
We allow teams to reschedule for another day providing they give us 72 hours notice at bookings@enigmaquests.london. We cannot make adjustments at a later time. We can supply a voucher for your full amount allowing you to rebook at your own convenience.
We have a lift between our ground floor and basement for disabled access. For our escape rooms we recommend contacting our team in advance to discuss whether they would be 100% suitable for your team.
We use music and special effects in our rooms to immerse teams within the world of the game. However, few of these are essential to play, and can be disabled if needed to make sure teams are comfortable. Please speak to our team in advance about your needs and we'll do everything we can to accommodate them.

While we can accommodate walk-ins, we strongly suggest booking before you arrive to avoid disappointment. Especially at peak times we can completely sell out. Book your experience now through our website.
Unfortunately no. All bookings must be paid in advance.
